 - Onion Pakoda ( with coriander ) Recipe - 

Onion pakoda recipe – pakoda or pakora are deep fried snack that are made with gram flour, salt, light spices and a main ingredient like onion or a vegetable. Onion pakoda is one of the most popular & much loved SNACK especially during monsoon & cold winters. These are very commonly prepared in most Indian homes for an evening snack & is served with a cup of MASALA TEA.

 প্রয়োজনীয় উপকরন : 

১) পেঁয়াজ ( মাঝারি ৪টি. )
২) কাঁচা লঙ্কা ( ১টি )
৩) ধনে পাতা ( ৫ গ্রাম )
৪) ব্যাসন ( পরিমানমতো )
৫) নুন/লবণ ও বেকিং সোডা ( সামান্য )
৬) ভেজিটেবল অয়েল ( পরিমানমতো )

 রান্নার প্রনালী : 

প্রথম পর্যায়ে : পেঁয়াজ কুচি, লঙ্কা কুচি, ধনেপাতা কুচি, ব্যাসন এবং নুন-বেকিং সোডা ( সামান্য ) এবং জল ( পরিমানমতো ) সহযোগে সবকিছু ভালোভাবে মাখিয়ে নিতে হবে |

দ্বিতীয় পর্যায়ে : একটি কড়াইতে ভেজিটেবল অয়েল গরম করে পকোডা / পকোড়া এর মতো করে ভেজে নিলেই তৈরী "মুচমুচে পেয়াঁজ পকোড়া" ||
